KIDS ART CLASS

Class projects involve painting pottery, clay throwing on the pottery wheel, glass fusing, clay sculpting, printmaking, weaving, oil pastels and multi-media creations such as including glass fusion onto ceramics! Woah!!!

This semester, we'll study historical themes in art, specifically Asian Art and artists such as Katsushika Hokusai and his 36 Views of Mount Fuji.

By popular demand, we are including more pottery wheel classes this semester! Scroll down to read the curriculum.

Quiggly's Kids Art Class is ideal for kids with little or no experience using multiple artistic mediums. More than just art education, Quiggl'ys offers the perfect entertainment venue for children to begin their week with fun, artistic and imaginative adventures!

Our projects are designed to expand your child's appreciation for creative learning and artistic expression. Developing skills to produce ceramics, mosaics, glass fusion and more requires practice in designing, planning and executing the creative process.

Two Sessions every other Wednesday to Choose From:

  • Home School Art Class Wednesdays at 1pm.

  • After School Art Class meets Wednesdays at 4pm.

Both classes are held the same week twice a month for a total of 10 classes beginning January 17 lasting through May 19.
